Love this ♥️what an opportunity to test out on the ISS! What's going on with that 4-6-9... different scenario using MNIST DB, but reminds me of ML101 learning about NN back-propagation - using a sparse autoencoder with dense layers also resulted in 4 and 9 digits looking alike!

The issue with the sign for nine makes me think the success rate might have been improved by adopting hand signals used in cave diving. For nine, that would be four fingers horizontal.
