It’s like playing with the smallest gravity vector ever… you know what I mean. It would be fun to plot your position during that and show it as a true parabola.

Yup! And that apparent gravity vector points sideways - technically could stand on a scale on an aft wall and register a small weight. You’re right, it would be an almost perfect parabola - distorted only by ventilation airflow.

An ultrasonic attachment for a data logger would do the job… failing that, a fiduciary scale and a video (ideally filmed from a distance with a zoom to reduce parallax). It’d be a nice data download for school age physicists to try some data analysis!
